Just as the name suggests, this is a coffee for a life at sea, both literally and when you just want to dream away for a while. When our uncle Thomas was going out to sea, he thought something really special was needed. Both because he loves life at sea and because he wanted to splurge a little extra for discerning and expectant fellow passengers. He put together a dark roasted blend with a grapefruit-like acidity that is balanced by a strong body and creamy aftertaste. The coffee was brewed for the first time in a press brewer under a veil on the Marstrandsfjorden. The friends exclaimed in chorus in the middle of a jibe: This is the best coffee we have ever had! Safely moored at the quay a little later in the evening, the coffee also made a hit with the ice-cold punch that was served after a three-course meal at Marstrands Wärdshus.
